AN ACT to provide for the publication, reproduction, printing, binding, distribution and sale of the reports of decisions of the supreme court of Michigan and the advance sheets of such reports of decisions.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 26.2SectionBids for publication, printing, binding, sale; contracts.
Section 26.3SectionAdvertisement for bids; award of contract.
Section 26.4SectionBidder's deposit; forfeiture.
Section 26.5SectionContract; terms; bond; failure to complete, forfeiture of contract.
Section 26.6SectionContract; contents, copyright; noncompliance with act or contract; delivery of electrotyped plates; work done in state.
Section 26.7SectionAuthority as to publication, printing, sale and distribution; printing by state.
