SECOND ASSISTANT PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS Act 393 of 1919 AN ACT authorizing prosecuting attorneys to appoint second assistant prosecuting attorneys for their respective counties and prescribing the powers and duties of such assistants, in counties in this state having over 60,000 inhabitants and less than 350,000 inhabitants.
