TEACHING OF CIVICS AND POLITICAL SCIENCE Act 205 of 1931 AN ACT to require the teaching of civics and political science in high schools, county normals and colleges, to prohibit the granting of diplomas, and degrees to students not successfully completing said courses, and to provide penalties for the violation thereof.
