CAREER AND TECHNICAL PREPARATION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 258 of 2000
388.1913 Effective date; payment of charges.Sec. 13.
This act takes effect April 1, 2001. Payment of all or part of eligible charges under this act for eligible courses shall begin in the state fiscal year beginning on October 1, 2001.
