Crimes; criminal sexual conduct; sexual penetration or contact between clergy and certain members of congregation; prohibit under certain circumstances, and disallow consent as a defense. Amends secs. 520d & 520e of 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.520d & 750.520e).
