AN ACT to authorize state universities and colleges to enact parking, traffic and pedestrian ordinances and to provide for the enforcement of the ordinances; and to dispose of fines collected.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 390.891SectionParking, traffic, and pedestrian ordinances; violation as misdemeanor or civil infraction; enforcement; persons authorized to issue and serve citations for persons with disabilities ordinance violations; conformity with uniform traffic code.
Section 390.892SectionViolation as misdemeanor; penalty; enforcement; disposition of fines and costs.
