Insurance: property and casualty; coverage for loss of use insurance for condominium and homeowners insurance to cover a loss of use due to this state or a political subdivision of this state prohibiting occupancy; require. Amends sec. 2236 of 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.2236) & adds sec. 2227a.
