Use tax; definitions; definition of purchase price; revise, and provide other technical amendments. Amends secs. 2, 2b, 3a, 3b, 3c, 4d, 4i, 7, 13, 14a & 14b of 1937 PA 94 (MCL 205.92 et seq.) & repeals secs. 12 & 14 of 1937 PA 94 (MCL 205.102 & 205.104).
