388.1803 Reporting requirements; use of internet.Sec. 203.
Unless otherwise specified, a community college that receives appropriations in section 201 and the workforce development agency shall use the internet to fulfill the reporting requirements of this article. This requirement may include transmission of reports via electronic mail to the recipients identified for each reporting requirement or it may include placement of reports on an internet or intranet site.
