Environmental protection; solid waste; low hazard industrial waste, beneficial use by-products, inert material, and other exempt materials; define and regulate. Amends secs. 11502, 11503, 11504, 11505, 11542, 11542, 20101, 20114e & 20126 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.11502 et seq.) & adds secs. 11551 & 11552.
