Health facilities; emergency medical services; emergency contraception; require department to develop written information about and require health facilities and agencies that provide emergency or urgent care to offer to certain victims of criminal sexual conduct. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding sec. 20190.
