Health facilities: hospices; Health: death; Health occupations: physicians; State agencies (existing): licensing and regulatory affairs; State agencies (existing): community health; Health facilities: hospitals; Health: occupations;

Health facilities; hospices; criteria for certifying a perinatal hospice program; provide for, require physicians to provide certain information to patients about results of prenatal testing, and require hospitals to provide information to certain employees. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding secs. 17019, 17519, 20187 & 21418.
