Environmental protection; landfills; moratorium on construction of new landfills and limits on expansions of existing landfills; provide for. Amends 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.101 - 324.90106) by adding sec. 11511c & repeals sec. 11511c of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.11511c).
