Amends secs. 59, 68, 169, 179, 534 & 570 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.59 et seq.); adds secs. 52a, 54a, 56a, 162a, 164a & 166a & repeals secs. 52 to 58 & 162 to 168 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.52 et seq.).
