Act 328 of 1931


750.347 Deformed human beings; exhibition.

Sec. 347.

Exhibition of deformed human beings, etc.—Any physician or other person, who shall expose or keep on exhibition any deformed human being or human monstrosity, except as used for scientific purposes before members of the medical profession or medical classes, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who shall so expose or exhibit in museums or elsewhere diseased or deformed human bodies, or parts thereof, or representations of the same, which would be indecent in the case of a living person, except as used for scientific purposes before members of the medical profession or medical classes, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
