Vehicles; equipment; provisions regarding possession by certain individuals, and use during commission of a crime, of a radio receiving set capable of receiving signals sent on frequencies assigned to police and other government agencies; prohibit and provide penalties. Amends sec. 508 of 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.508).
