Health facilities; hospitals; influenza vaccine; require hospitals to provide to elderly persons under certain circumstances. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding sec. 21529 & repeals sec. 21529 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.21529).
