MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ACT OF 1963 (EXCERPT)
Act 181 of 1963
480.18 Venue.
Sec. 8.
When this act or a rule promulgated under this act has been violated, the offense may be prosecuted in any county, city, or jurisdiction in or through which the motor vehicle, driver, or operator implicated was situated or passed when the offense was committed.
