388.1808 Self-liquidating projects; compliance with JCOS requirements.Sec. 208.
A community college shall not use money appropriated in section 201 to pay for the construction or maintenance of a self-liquidating project. A community college shall comply with the current use and finance requirements of the joint capital outlay subcommittee (JCOS) for any construction, renovation, or other capital outlay projects pursuant to JCOS policy. The appropriation in section 201 for a community college that fails to comply with JCOS requirements shall be reduced by 1% for each violation.
