Sec. 225.

Each community college shall report to the house and senate fiscal agencies, the state budget director, and the workforce development agency by August 31, 2012, the tuition and mandatory fees paid by a full-time in-district student and a full-time out-of-district student as established by the college governing board for the 2011-2012 academic year. This report should also include the annual cost of attendance based on a full-time course load of 30 credits. Each community college shall also report any revisions to the reported 2011-2012 academic year tuition and mandatory fees adopted by the college governing board to the house and senate fiscal agencies, the state budget director, and the workforce development agency within 15 days of being adopted.
