Business tax; other; certain tax bases, tax rates, tax credits, and refunds based on business tax revenue; revise, and repeal certain use tax exemptions and statutory appropriations. Amends secs. 201, 203, 235, 263, 417 & 601 of 2007 PA 36 (MCL 208.1201 et seq.) & repeals sec. 6a of 1937 PA 94 (MCL 205.96a).
