Retirement; municipal employees; retirement benefits; revise provisions regarding purchase of military and governmental service, add a new benefit program option, add a 75% survivor benefit option, and provide other general amendments. Amends secs. 6, 10, 23, 24, 26 & 28 of Act 427 of 1984 (MCL 38.1506 et seq.); adds secs. 6a & 40a & repeals sec. 9 of Act 427 of 1984 (MCL 38.1509).
