Amends secs. 2701, 5119, 16327, 16333, 17033, 17201, 17210, 17211, 17221, 17533, 17607, 17708, 17745 & 17820 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.2701 et seq.) & adds secs. 17202 & 17712.
