SEWERS IN PRIVATE PROPERTY

Act 23 of 1882 (Ex. Sess.)

AN ACT to authorize cities and villages to construct, enlarge, and maintain sewers, as public improvements, in private property, and to repeal all laws in conflict with the provisions of this act.
