388.1868 North American Indian tuition waiver costs; allocation.Sec. 268.
For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, it is the intent of the legislature that funds be allocated for unfunded North American Indian tuition waiver costs incurred by public universities under 1976 PA 174, MCL 390.1251 to 390.1253, from the general fund.
