Compiler's Notes: Section 2 of Act 294 of 1976 provides:“All contracts entered into and grants made pursuant to Act No. 196 of the Public Acts of 1975, being sections 474.1 to 474.20 of the Compiled Laws of 1970, are validated and made legal for all purposes.”
