Health; smoking; smoke-free workplace and food service establishments; require to be smoke-free within 15 feet of entrances, exits, open windows, and ventilation systems and allow local units of government to establish a greater distance. Amends secs. 12601 & 12905 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.12601 & 333.12905) & adds sec. 12605.
